Cloverlane “Returning Purchaser Offer” Promotion

Customers who are not eligible for the New Customer Offer (“Returning Purchasers”) may be offered periodic and targeted promotions via email and the terms of those Offers shall be as described in their promotional materials. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH LINKEDIN. NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes begins on August 11, 2023 at 12:00:00AM EST and ends on September 11, 2023 at 11:59:59PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).

I. Eligibility: The Cloverlane (“Cloverlane”) LinkedIn Selling Season 2023 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents, eighteen (18) or older, who are actively employed as a retail sales associate or similar in a U.S.-based mattress and/or furniture retailer as of the date of entry. Employees of Cloverlane and its parent company, subsidiaries, individuals providing services to Cloverlane through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Sweepstakes period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations (“Official Rules”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

II. Agreement to Rules: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO BE FULLY UNCONDITIONALLY BOUND BY THESE RULES, AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1 OF THESE RULES. IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THE DECISIONS OF CLOVERLANE AS FINAL AND BINDING AS IT RELATES TO THE CONTENT. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS.

III. How To Enter: During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Sweepstakes by completing all of the following items:

• A) Complete the Sweepstakes Entry Form found at www.residenthome.com/competition;
• B) Take a picture of yourself with a Cloverlane mattress–it should be clear and apparent in the picture that you are standing with a Cloverlane mattress; and,
• C) Post the picture to your LinkedIn profile feed with #Cloverlane in the caption and tagging the Resident Home (@ResidentHome) LinkedIn account.

Setting up a LinkedIn account is free. Your LinkedIn account must be public or you will not be able to participate or be eligible to win. If you do not have a LinkedIn account, go to www.linkedin.com and follow the links and instructions to create one subject to terms determined by LinkedIn.

IV. Entry Limit: Limit one (1) Entry per e-mail account during the Promotion Period. You may not create multiple accounts using multiple identities to gain more than the entry.

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. We are not responsible for Entries that we do not receive for any reason, or for Entries that we receive but are not decipherable for any reason. We will automatically disqualify: any incomplete or illegible Entry; and any Entries that we receive from you that are in excess of the entry limit and do not satisfy the requirements described above.

V. Prize Drawing: All Sweepstakes Entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the prize drawing, to be held on September 26, 2023 at the Cloverlane offices at 100 Logistics Avenue, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. The drawing will be conducted by a computer program that randomly chooses the winner from all eligible entries received and the random selections are final and binding. The winner will be selected at random from among all eligible Entries received.

VI. Prize and Odds: The prize to be awarded from the Sweepstakes are as follows:

• A) One (1) Grand Prize of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)(USD).

The total value of the Sweepstakes is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)(USD).

The Winner, once selected, will receive their prize via check. The Winner will be contacted by the Cloverlane team during the week of September 26, 2023 via the e-mail account provided in the Sweepstakes Entry Form to acquire shipping address and any additional required information. Cloverlane will cover all costs of shipping the prize to the Winner. Once the Winner receives his or her prize, Cloverlane is not responsible for, and will not replace, the prize in the event of loss, theft or any other damage.

The odds of winning the prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received. No cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted, except at the sole option of Cloverlane for a prize of equal or greater value. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to the prize.

VII. Notification of Winner: The Winner will be notified by direct message via e-mail during the week of September 26, 2023. To collect the prize, the Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, and/or where applicable fails to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release upon request, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account used in the Sweepstakes Entry Form submission. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

VII. Notification of Winner: The Winner will be notified by direct message via e-mail during the week of September 26, 2023. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or winning a prize, entrants/winners consent to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, entry and statements attributed to entrants/winners (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in Cloverlane’s newsletters, the Sweepstakes website at www.residenthome.com/competition and Cloverlane’s homepage at cloverlane.com, without additional compensation.

Cloverlane reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Cloverlane reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, as determined by Cloverlane, in its sole discretion. The decisions of Cloverlane are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes.

X. Governing Law and Choice of Forum: These Official Rules are governed by the law of the State of California, excluding rules governing choice of laws. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought in either the federal courts located in the Northern district of California or the state courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

XI. Personal Information: Cloverlane may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Official Rules.
